Speaker Biography

Gilles PelletGilles Pellet
Director, Client Platforms EMEA, Intel

Gilles Pellet was born in Lyon, France in 1959. He started his career at Cimatel, a joint venture between Intel and Matra-Harris in 1984 as design engineer. In 1987, he moved to Germany working for AT & T’s Micro-electronics design Center.

In 1990, he joined Intel Munich and held various product marketing positions. In 1994, he transitioned to the Flash marketing group and became Flash marketing manager in 1997. In 1999, he took over the position of District Sales manager for Nokia/Ericsson in 1999. He became Director of Sales and Marketing for the Communication Sales Organisation in July 2000. He became Director of marketing for Digital Home, then Mobility and now assumes the position of Director of marketing for Client Platforms. He is based in Munich, Germany.

Pellet graduated from the Ecole Centrale de Lyon and the University of Lyon.
